Carmen Nastase, currently dean of the faculty of economics and public administration of Stefan cel Mare Universty of Suceava (Romania), is professor in the department of economics, informatics and business administration. She is editor in chief of The USV Annals of Economics and Public Administration and a consultant providing advice in the field of tourism. She has 19 years of academic experience, a doctoral degree and a postdoctoral degree, and a number of professional certificates in the field of business management. She has been guest speaker and invited professor, author and co-author of twelve books, more than 70 articles, member of the research team in 18 funded research projects, and manager of ten internationally-funded projects (FP7, COST, Erasmus, Jean Monnet).
